(Arthur Murray Mount Kisco) took myself and my fiance from dancing beginners to feeling really confident in an amazing choreographed dance, and we love how it turned out. I would totally recommend (them) to anyone wanting to dance or find choreography for any reason!

I had a great experience at Arthur Murray in Mt Kisco. Yulia, Andrei, Alex, and everyone who works there is friendly and VERY knowledgeable. We learned a ton about dance and got to try many different styles through private and group lessons. The Friday night practice parties are very fun. Everyone is very welcoming and supportive so there is no pressure. Highly recommend

Attended a class on a Friday eve. Was so much fun! ... After the class there were nibbles and drinks and you could dance with the instructors, the person you came with or any one else who attended the class. ... and everyone was super friendly. I can't recommend it enough if you want to get out the house, learn something new and completely switch off from daily life. ...

Yuliya Zubava
Yuliya Zubava was born in Chita, Russia, in the far southeastern part of the country bordering China and Mongolia, near the deepest, oldest and largest freshwater lake in the world, Lake Baikal. She was two months old when her family then moved to Minsk, Belarus, where she eventually grew up.
Inspired to learn dancing from her mother, who herself wanted to be a ballroom dancer but whose study and work kept her too busy, and devoted grandparents who would bring her to every dance practice, Yuliya started dancing when she was five.
Getting her first taste of competition through dance club activities and performances, she developed her skills as a ballroom dancer and benefited from the training of many well-known coaches later on. At the age of 10, she met her current dance and life partner, Andrei Svirydzenka.
Beginning in 1992, together with Andrei and other different partners, Yuliya was Junior, Youth and Amateur Belorussian Champion in Standard, Latin and 10-Dance, eventually representing Belarus at European and World championships in Germany, Poland, France, Lithuania, Latvia, Slovakia, England and the Ukraine. She has competed in many IDSF Open Tournaments, and represented Belarus in the 2000 World Latin Championships in America. It was there that they decided to stay and try their new professional careers as both competitive dancers and teachers.
Among the most recent highlights of her competitive career are the 2021 Texas DOR American Rhythm Champion, 2020 Holiday Ball DOR Virtual Champion, 2020 Arthur Murray World Vice Champion (along with Champion of numerous Arthur Murray DORs), 2018 Blackpool American Rhythm Champion, the 2017 UK Killick Classic Vice Champions and the World Rising Star Champion.
She has also danced in several professional Latin Music Videos – “Fruta,” “Cinturita” and “Perfume” – featuring popular Latin singer Rob Soul.
Since 2009, Yuliya has been sharing her knowledge and passion for dance with her many students in her Arthur Murray Mount Kisco Dance Studio, many of whom have gone on to compete themselves. Putting her heart into believing that “dancing can actually change people’s lives,” she is dedicated to teaching all of her students, and proud to be a part of Arthur Murray International organization. -
Andrei Svirydzenka
Andrei Svirydzenka was born in the bustling big city of Minsk, the capital and largest city in Byelorussia (later to become the Independent state of Belarus), where he spent all of his childhood.
Initially resisting the idea, but encouraged to learn ballroom dancing by his mother, Andrei began dancing at the age of 7, gaining valuable early experience at dance clubs, performances and youth competitions. It was during that time where he met his current dance and life partner, Yuliya Zubava.
Developing his skills under many of today’s International coaches, Andrei was Junior, Youth and Amateur Belorussian Champions in Standard, Latin and 10-Dance, and represented Belarus at European and World Championships in Germany, France, Slovakia, Poland, Lithuania, Latvia, Finland and the Ukraine. Together with Yuliya, they also competed in many IDSF Open Tournaments, and represented Belarus in the 2000 World Latin Championships in America. Immediately following that experience, Andrei and Yuliya, decided to stay in the United States and added ballroom dance teaching to their professional careers as competitive dancers.
Among the most recent highlights of their competitive careers are the 2021 Texas DOR American Rhythm Champion, 2020 Holiday Ball DOR Virtual Champion, 2020 Arthur Murray World Vice Champion (along with Champion of numerous Arthur Murray DORs), 2018 Blackpool American Rhythm Champion, the 2017 UK Killick Classic Vice Champions and the World Rising Star Champion.
Andrei has worked as a dance instructor since 2003, teaching at various studios in New York State including the Arthur Murray Dance Studios in White Plains and at the Arthur Murray Mt Kisco studio he started with Yuliya in the fall of 2009.
Andrei is currently still competing professionally all around the world with his partner Yuliya, performing in professional showdances, serving as a judge at DanceSport competitions, and is still instructing students at their Arthur Murray Dance Studio in Mount Kisco, New York. -
Alex DiasMendez
Alex has been teaching at the Arthur Murray Dance Studio of Mount Kisco for several years. His love of dance began early as he grew up in a Guatemalan household, dancing bachata and salsa at family social events. Later, he was inspired to further his dance experiences by learning country dancing while stationed in North Carolina as a United States Marine.
After leaving the service, Alex moved on to become a certified ballroom dance instructor and competed in many dance competitions and showcases, all the while studying, training and receiving a Bachelor’s Degree in Clinical Exercise Science, as well as becoming a Doctor of Physical Therapy. Combining all of these skills, experiences and beliefs, Alex is a strong advocate for dancing as a healthy and enjoyable hobby to support and promote fitness and good well-being. -
Prince Ray Revilloza
Music and dancing have always been a big part of Prince’s life, eventually landing him his current position as an instructor at the Arthur Murray Dance Studio of Mount Kisco. As a youth, he started Ballroom dancing just for fun when he was in High School, eventually dancing Cha Cha and Hustle for the JS Prom Show.
His equal fondness for music also began early as he performed for many years in a band during his school years. As an adult, his love for dance was rekindled when he was invited to a dance studio party, and based on that love and the skills he developed over the years, he started advancing his learning and developed dance teaching skills as well at the Arthur Murray Studio of Mount Kisco.
In addition to his role as an instructor there, Prince has also competed in several dance competitions and showcases.
